Steve's passion is in communicating clearly. Steve helps ensure that MAG's clients fully understand -- and actually benefit from -- the data-driven campaign tracking and analysis MAG provides. He has written and implemented successful strategic and marketing plans and has developed a quick-learning, pro-active management style with an entrepreneurial edge.
Steve has 35 years experience in both Business-to-Consumer (“B2C”) and Business-to-Business ("B2B”) marketing. He has focused upon business development in a wide range of companies -- from Fortune 500 firms to his own international trading company. As President of Digital Lagoon, a technology company, he gained first-hand experience with how "the numbers" drive marketing success. With his own Hong Kong based company, he designed his own CRM system (before that acronym was popular) which provided customized reports for each clients’ key functional areas and their outside suppliers.
After Steve received his M.B.A. (with an emphasis in Marketing) from Michigan State University, he was part of the Hallmark Cards Executive Development Program. In addition to working with MAG, Steve consults with 4COMM, a consortium of independent specialists. 4COMM provides today's fast-moving small businesses with a wide variety of outsourced services on an as-needed basis.
