Joe has more than 20 years of experience in managing the data technology that supports data-driven marketing. His earlier experience in finance and banking provides Joe with a detailed understanding of financial systems.

More recently as president of Datamail, a Kansas City direct mail management firm, Joe has focused upon finding ways to extract and use the data from a variety of CRM and mailing list mangement systems.  This experience provides Joe with the technical, financial and management know-how that is critical to the success of mergers and acquisitions that involve combining disparate customer databases.

Joe knows first-hand what is needed to make sense out of all kinds of “ugly data”. This gives MAG the ability to find, extract, clean up and organize the many kinds of data that MAG tracks and analyzes, no matter how "messy" or technically challenging.
